a) Involvement of an External Service Provider
Our website is operated on server systems of Strato AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin (www.strato.de). The company is certified according to DIN ISO 9001 and DIN ISO 27001. In our collaboration with Strato no personal data regarding your visit to this website will be shared directly with Strato. However, it may happen that Strato, e.g. as part of maintenance, at least potentially gains access to personal data. Through appropriate data protection agreements, the protection of your personal data is ensured even in such a case.
b) Handling of IP Addresses
When visiting our website, data transmitted by your browser to enable you to visit our website is collected. d) Handling E-Mails

After completion of the correspondence, your e-mail address and - if recorded - mandate-related data will be deleted, unless a statutory retention period exists, in particular due to professional rules. According to §44 Abs. 2 Patentanwaltsordnung, the patent attorney has to keep the manual files for a period of six years after completion of the order.
